Fashion Dilemma!

If you're a senior in La Salle Green Hills every friday you're expected to wear something casual. This is to practice us for college especially when we're going to De La Salle University and Ateneo University. Now my problem is, WHAT SHOULD I WEAR. Of course I still have to follow the given set of rules by LSGH. No coats, blazers, cardigans, skinny's and what else - uhm girly stuff. Now this is where the problem kicks in. I'm too fond of wearing those loose & baggy pants to school or anywhere! I don't wanna break the rules but I wanna break tradition.

What to wear? Should I go for Bohemian Chic like Nicole Richie turned tomboy? Or should I go Preppy Goes Rock like Kristen Stewart? Or, or maybe I should go for Chic like Natalia Vodianova. I am so confused.

I need your fashion tips, helps and advices! WERQ!

Vogue China August 2010: Karlie Kloss By Peter Lindbergh

Now this is Vogue China. These are the covers who I really missed for the past 2 months. This just showcase why I fell in love with Vogue China. It's so effortless, chic and subtle. The Balenciaga dress really looks lovely. Karlie on the other hand looks so pretty but sleepy at first look. The colors are so nice as well as the background. I love it!

Vogue Nippon August 2010: Abbey Lee Kershaw By Inez & Vinoodh

What to say? I really don't have that much to say about this cover. Looks like they decided to change their layout which served them for 3 years now. At first I didn't like the new fonts but its sort of growing into me.

So is Abbey Lee the new Daria in Japan. The cover model who sells like pancakes? Hope so. But what I don't get is what's with Vogue Nippon and Abbey Lee's hair. Her February 2010 cover could've been spectacular but her hair ruined it and this too. Why don't they just let her magnificent luscious hair drape down?

I love the Giorgio Armani dress as well as her pose. And oh, the banner! What's up with the banner. Are they really going that "Japanese" in terms of crowded covers.

This year hs got to be the most informal for Vogue Nippon in terms of covers. 3-month lasting layouts then a new one will come out. I really do hope they find the light for the perfect and sellable layout.

Vogue Italia July 2010: Christy Turlington By Steven Meisel

Simply stunning. Christy looks fabuous as usual but adds up a bit spice on her stare. That stare tantalizes me and makes me want to buy everything she wants. Just love this. To me, so far, this is the best Vogue Italia I've seen. Not so creative but still a classic.

I'm really excited on how the key editorial looks like. I hope that it's not a studio shot and reminiscent to Amber Valleta's recent Vogue editorial. The tea green effect on the bottom part is a bit inappropriate for me, either way, still looks nice!

Preview Magazine July 2010: Gretchen Barretto

Simply Fabulous! Everything is perfect! Only Gretchen can do justice on this cover. The color scheme is subtle, what she's wearing is tranquil and nothing is wrong. I've got the chance to browse through the issue itself and to tell you Gretchen gave justice to the Best of the International Designers. Here goes Balenciaga, Gucci, Junya Watanabe, and more. Every shot is worth a portrait and cover!

Very excited to buy this issue. Heads up Preview and happy 15th!

Mega Magazine July 2010: Carla Abellana By Darren Tieste

Boring! I don't get the new aesthetic of Mega. Surely, Carla Sibal's layout and covers are a lot better! This cover, with the image and all feels so bland and boring. It doesn't give us the appeal to buy it. This cover is also a fold out cover but it ended up as a disaster! The fold out pages were random, rubbish and cheap!

I hope Carla, the former Editor-in-Chief takes this as a calling and go back for Sari Yap, the owner is ruining the legacy she made!
